These terms govern your access to and use of Repop's AI image creation service ("Service"), the acquisition of subscriptions, and the purchase of credits.
You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Certain Services require a User Account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Using multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use the Service or the generated images (Outputs) in any way that would violate the law, these Terms, or third-party rights. The following are strictly prohibited, among others:
Applicable prices, including all taxes (VAT included in accordance with the applicable French rate) and accepted payment methods, are displayed on the Service's pricing page. By subscribing, you authorise Repop to automatically charge your payment method for periodic renewals.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. All payments made are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-creditable, unless required by law or if you exercise your right of withdrawal. You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current subscription period.
We may modify our prices with at least thirty (30) days' notice by email, taking effect at the next renewal of your subscription, giving you the opportunity to cancel if you do not accept the increase.
"Credits" are virtual tools provided by Repop to redeem and gain access to specific features or value-added services within the Service. They do not constitute an online payment service; they are neither tokens, virtual currency, nor prepaid vouchers, and have no monetary or prepaid value.
Users may purchase Credits according to the rules published on the Service. Credits may also be distributed as part of a subscription or promotional activities. Credits are consumed for AI creation features, with the amount deducted immediately upon generation.
Once credits are purchased or distributed, fees paid are non-refundable, as they are considered activated virtual consumable products.
The user retains all ownership rights over the Inputs provided to the Service (prompts, data). You represent and warrant that you hold all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to provide such Inputs.
Provided the user holds a valid subscription to the Service, Repop assigns to the user all rights, title, and interest, including commercial exploitation rights, in the AI-generated images (Outputs).
Accordingly, as between the user and Repop, a subscribing user owns all generated Outputs (images) and has the right to use them commercially, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
Notwithstanding the assignment of rights, the user agrees not to use Outputs:
The Repop Service uses commercial AI models via API. By using the Service, you acknowledge that Repop depends on the terms and conditions of the third-party providers of these models. Repop is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or issues arising from the use of third-party AI services.
Due to the probabilistic and evolving nature of AI, Outputs generated for one user may be similar or even identical to Outputs generated for another user. Repop does not guarantee that your Output will be unique.
AI products are not infallible sources of information. The user is solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, reliability, and suitability of Outputs for their specific use case, including verifying generated content before relying on it or using it commercially.
The user grants Repop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use Inputs and Outputs solely for the purposes of (a) providing, maintaining, and optimising the Service and (b) complying with our legal obligations.
Repop reserves the right to monitor Service usage through automated means to ensure compliance with its policies, including its Acceptable Use Policy.
The user must promptly report any content they identify as violating the Acceptable Use Policy. The user grants Repop the irrevocable right to access and use reported content to improve products (e.g. preventing re-generation of prohibited content).
