3. LEGAL BASES AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of Contract: To provide, maintain, and optimise the service, administer your account, and manage billing and payments.
• Legitimate Interest: To continuously improve AI Products, ensure the security and integrity of the service, and enforce our terms.
• Consent: For sending marketing communications and using non-essential cookies.

4. USE OF DATA FOR MODEL TRAINING

Repop uses commercial AI models via API. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the user, or where data is flagged as prohibited content, Repop commits not to use your Inputs and Outputs to train its own artificial intelligence models.

5. RETENTION PERIOD

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or to comply with our legal obligations (e.g. billing records kept for 10 years, account data for 5 years after termination, etc.).

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of Access, Rectification and Erasure: You have the right to access your data, correct it, and request its deletion (Right to be Forgotten).
